Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@asalluxe.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different fragrance of equal value. If the exchange item is of higher value, the difference must be paid before the replacement is shipped.
