3. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed via WhatsApp for personalised service. After submitting your order through our checkout, you will be redirected to WhatsApp with a summary of your request. We will calculate the shipping fee and confirm the total amount before payment. We accept pay on delivery within Nigeria.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated per order based on your delivery address. We will confirm the shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe via WhatsApp before processing your order. Delivery is available within Nigeria.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Fragrances must be unopened and in their original packaging. For damaged or defective items, contact us via WhatsApp immediately upon receipt.
